The Catering Cluster Manager will be responsible for overseeing the project planning, contract management, mobilization, operational delivery, and demobilization of all catering services for the Official Hospitality Programme across multiple stadiums in the designated Cluster during the FIFA Club World Cup™.

The primary responsibility of the Customer Service Representative will be to support the Customer Service Team in implementing its goals & objectives in respect of the FIFA Club World Cup 2025™, and other BEYOND Hospitality projects.

These roles have been created to handle the input and configuration of flight, hotel and ground transportation contracts into the system and manage the ongoing maintenance of this database.
